Segment 46: Rhode Island

OVERVIEW:

Entering Rhode Island on the East Coast Greenway route, the Fifty Trail turns northward at the intersection with Rhode Island’s state trail, the North-South Trail, and follows that trail north to the Massachusetts border where it becomes the Mid-State Trail, which continues north to New Hampshire. Because the route through Rhode Island is so short, we include the Massachusetts Mid-State trail up to Mass Highway 9 west of Worcester.
